Freia presents a new delicious winter menu

Taste and experience a new delicious winter menu in Freia Spisestue until 25 February 2020. The dishes are classic and infused with a unique Freia twist.

Freia is Alsik’s classic dining room where Jesper Koch and his team reinterpret classic cuisine with a unique Freia twist.

From 7 January until 25 February 2020, you can experience and savour delicious dishes such as mussel ravioli, chicken and quince ballotine, poached eggs, entrecôte beef olives, as well as cheeses or fruit carpaccio for dessert.

Jesper Koch has put together a tantalising wine list to accompany these splendid dishes. Every single wine is hand-picked, and Jesper brought these wines to Denmark from almost the whole world to put the finishing touch to Freia’s menu. For instance, you can enjoy Riesling from Mosel, Chardonnay from South Africa and Sémillon from Australia.

So, look forward to embracing Freia’s atmosphere, charm and tastes. The restaurant is open every evening from Tuesday to Saturday where you can choose from a three-course or five-course menu. It is always a good idea to book a table in advance, as we experience that the restaurant is very popular.

Two hours of free parking in Havnens P-Hus next to Alsik

From Wednesday 22 January, APCOA Parking will be responsible for managing Havnens P-Hus multi-storey car park located next to Hotel Alsik in Sønderborg. The first two hours are free of charge, and it is important to set your parking dial as this will be used to register the time at which the parking began.
