All three restaurants were developed and are managed by acclaimed chef de cuisine (and MasterChef judge) Jesper Koch. Each restaurant has its own unique cuisine and style, but all share a fondness for local South Jutland produce and excellent cookery craft.

Restaurant Alsik serves exquisite, tantalising dishes from world cuisine. You can enjoy some of your favourite, most familiar dishes from all over the world. The menu includes genuine American hamburgers, delicate Spanish gazpacho, delicious French chèvre chaud, authentic British fish and chips and much more besides. All dishes are home-made using the best produce and ingredients, meticulously prepared down to the last detail.
Freia is our classic dining room where Jesper and his skilled team of cooks reinterpret classic cuisine. This includes classic Danish open sandwiches, filled patty shells, South Jutland Skrædderduels or Snysk or beloved classics such as coq au vin and osso buco – all served with a unique Freia twist. At Freia, a cosy, pleasant atmosphere goes hand-in-hand with choice dishes and fine wines.
Syttende is an exquisite, exclusive gourmet restaurant. Situated atop Alsik, the magnificent views of the entire region enhance the exhilarating taste experiences of every single bite.
